Kramer Motorcycles to release a budget sportbike / Moto News / BikePost
Kramer Motorcycles is developing a budget version of the Kramer HKR Evo2 racing bike.
Based on the 690cc KTM single-cylinder engine, the Kramer HKR Evo2 R starts at $ 22,500, which is quite a high price tag for a racing bike in this category. To attract more customers, the manufacturer is going to release a “bare blank” with which riders and teams can do what they need without overpaying for unnecessary things. The new motorcycle will start at $ 15,000.
The price is still high, but will allow Kramer HKR Evo2 to get closer to competitors: Suzuki SV650, Yamaha MT-07 and even Aprilia RS 660. In addition to the release of a budget motorcycle, the Germans plan to make ready-made kits for upgrading brakes, suspension, wheels and so on.
Overall, this sounds good.
