CFMoto 800 MT will be released in two versions / Moto News / BikePost

Chinese manufacturer CFMoto has officially confirmed the upcoming release of two new 800 MT motorcycles (not to be confused with the Yamaha MT). The first option is a highway-oriented crossover, the second is a more off-road touring vehicle.

Regardless of the version, both are equipped with a 799 cc KTM LC8 engine (on KTM analogues, the unit produced 95 hp of power). Although the Austrians have recently used this engine on mid-size bikes, CFMoto’s partnership with KTM has allowed the Chinese to gain access to fairly modern technology.

Motorcycle CFMoto 800 MT, in fact, is a product of joint development of KTM, CFMoto, Kiska Design. Earlier news reported that the touring vehicle will be equipped with spoke wheels with off-road tires, and the crossover with alloy wheels with road tires.

CFMoto 800 MT motorcycles are expected to go on sale early next year, but for now we are waiting for the premiere.
