The “TOP Mountain Motorcycle” motorcycle museum in Austria burned down the other day. All buildings were burned down, including about 230 unique motorcycles that were exhibited there.
Firefighters managed to stop the fire and prevent it from spreading to neighboring buildings, but the museum managed to burn down completely with all its contents. At the moment, the cause of the fire is unknown. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
The museum was located at an altitude of 2,175 meters above sea level on an alpine road at the base of the Timmelsjoch road in Austria. It was the highest mountain bike museum in the world. Before the fire, hundreds of rare and memorable motorcycles were exhibited in the museum.
The brothers Alban and Attila Shiber founded the museum in 2016 to show everyone their collection, collected over the course of their lives.
