The revival of the classic Czech motorcycle brand Java in India has led to a success that translates into strong sales. In November 2020, the manufacturer said it had sold 50,000 motorcycles during the past year.
From the very first days of operation in the Indian market, sales outstripped production. The company had supply problems, but it seems they managed to meet the needs of all customers. And then the era of coronavirus came, and Java, like everyone else, had to adapt to the situation. The brand copes with the last problem, like others. The management of the company is satisfied with the development of the company over the past two years.
“As the newest entrant to the Indian market, we are proud of the success we have achieved in a short period of time. As a relatively young startup, Classic Legends was poised to scale production to accommodate three models as part of the rebuilding of the Java brand. At the same time, a non-parallel and widespread sales network was organized. We have continuously increased our production to satisfy all customers. “ – said the CEO of Classic Legends Ashish Sinh.
The next 50,000 Java sales are expected to be achieved with much less effort, as many processes are already in place.
From now on it will be interesting to watch the further development of the iconic Czech motorcycle brand.
