The first photos of the production version of the CFMoto MT800 tourenduro / Motonews / BikePost
CFMoto MT800 is a Chinese touring vehicle based on KTM.
It seems that we are just talking about the Chinese adaptation of the KTM 790 Adventure, since the history of the project has been going on for years, that is, KTM and CFMoto have been dragging out the release for a long time. Anyway, the waiting is over. We have the first official photos of the new Chinese touring vehicle.
Nothing unexpected. The bike has a traditional tourenduro design, but little can be seen from the KTM. Overall, the bike is attractive. CFMoto has been slow to release performance data so far. The bike certainly comes with a 799cc KTM LC8 inline-two, but how much the Chinese have upgraded it is hard to say. On a KTM motorcycle, this unit produces 94 horsepower. power and 88 Nm of torque.
As expected, two versions of CFMoto MT800 were released at once:
- true tourenduro with spoke wheels, gold rims and sump guard, hand guards and center stand
- more portly version with fewer protective elements
